"Balloon Forest" is the third painting in the Dream Carnival Series. The content of this series came to me in dreams. In this particular dream, I was captivated by a radiant sunset that was so bright, the colors emanated through a dense forest of trees. As I looked closer, I realized the colors weren't just caused by setting sun, but by hundreds of brilliantly colored balloons, tied to the branches and trunks of the forest trees.
